What we collect

When you ask for a quote through the form on our website, we collect:

When you call or text us, we collect what you choose to tell us, such as details about your yard and the work you need.

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our website only saves your language choice (English or French) in your browser, so the site remembers it on your next visit. That setting stays on your device.

Why we use it

We only use your information for these purposes, unless you agree to another use or the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.

Your consent

By sending the quote form or contacting us, you agree to us using your information as described in this policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Carson. If you do, we may not be able to give you a quote or do the work.

Services that receive information

A few outside services help run our website. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:

Some of these services store or process information outside Quebec and Canada. Before we share personal information outside Quebec, we check that it will be adequately protected.

The links to our Instagram and Facebook pages take you to sites run by Meta, where Meta's own privacy policies apply.

How long we keep it

If you ask for a quote and don't hire us, we delete your information within 12 months of our last contact. If you hire us, we keep your information for as long as we need it for the work and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records, such as for taxes. Then we delete it.

How we protect it

Only Carson and the people who need your information to do the work can access it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it against loss, theft and unauthorized access. If a confidentiality incident creates a risk of serious injury, we'll notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, as the law requires.
